today was the 1st day of sun i experienced since i landed in NY. all the days of rain and wind were evident in the number of umbrellas strewn on the walkways. the catastrophic demise of umbrellas, haha.



went winterclothing shopping today at woodsbury with adelene, an ntu exchange student. woodsbury is in the outskirts of new jersey, took an hour and a half's bus ride there. all the brands were there! levis, CK, armani, gucci, ferragamo, tommy hilfiger, guess.. u name it, uve got it. gawd.

the place is actually called woodsbury premium outlets and apparently all the things there were at factory outlet prices. i bought like sweaters and woolen clothing and a pair of boots and i spent 200 plus already. but the aeropostle tees were like 8 bucks? and armani jeans were like 40. so if u guys come to new york, drop by if u plan to shop..

took the bus back to the port authority bus terminal. did i mention we had to run for the bus cos the americans are really punctual. they closed the gate ever so on time, thank gawd we caught the bus or we would have to wait for another hour. walked to the times square subway and took some photos on the way.
