ha, it scares me to know that its been a month since i last updated this blog. things have been a whirlwind. after being appointed midshipman executive officer, the shit has fallen.

there were so many problems, and recently, pple got caught for like playing video games, watching anime, having camera handphones..and all these show my capability as the "discipline mistress". its really stressing me out very badly. also, we have sortie planning to do, i have my current affairs presentation, naval battle studies and comex planning. all these are major projects and i find myself bogged down so badly i cant move.

i wanted to meet kai in the weekend, but he got sol, so it was a shocker. bad things happened, but im glad much of it is cleared up.

MSTD was an experience ill never forget. the complete lack of sleep and sea state which got me quite woozy at times got me all cranky through the day. and the worst thing is u continue with lessons n tests, day n night. u couldnt even rest even if u reported sick. but i pulled through. the stress on the bridge was tremendous. imagine having charge of a 141m long ship with 100 over pple on board. u see a ship pass within a few hundred metres of u and u shiver in ur pants cos the risk of collision is so real. this also means u dun slack, or let yourself switch off for the 3 hrs u are on watch cos every wrong decision meant the ship was in danger.

after MSTD, we became seniors, commissioning on the 10th of dec. so its like we have so many many more things to handle. Sorties, which are daily sailing trips meant u were on watch for 14 hrs straight, with a half an hr break in btw for lunch. 3 hrs watch killed us last time, but now its 14 hrs. u can pronounce us brain dead after tht. haha.
